GUIDED SKITOURING
Join me for a ski tour! During the winter I offer guided ski touring with Åre as a starting point and later in the spring also in the Norwegian mountains. The tour is adapted to the group’s experience, wishes and abilities. If you want to see which periods I am in Norway, you can see it in the calendar under Contact & Booking.
Time required: 6-10 hours
Level of difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
Equipment: Alpine top touring equipment (can be rented on site), safety equipment included.
Lodging: Not included
Price: SEK 5,000/day (divided by number of participants). For more than 4 participants, SEK 500 is added per additional participant.
BASIC COURSE FOR SKITOURING
The course is aimed at those who want to learn ski touring from the ground up. During the course, you will learn everything from using a map and compass to kick turns, ski crampons and necessary safety equipment.
Starting point: Åre Time required: 3 days
Level of difficulty: Beginner or self-taught who wants to gain a better basic knowledge.
Equipment: Alpine top tour equipment (can be rented on site). Safety equipment included.
Lodging: not included.
Price: SEK 4500/participant
STEEP SKIING AND ROPE HANDELING
The course is aimed at those who want to take their mountain skills a step further and learn to master techniques to safely venture out into steeper terrain. You learn how to use an ice axe, crampons and rope handling. We practice rapelling with skis on a backpack and methods of putting on and taking off skis in exposed terrain. We also focus on risk assessment.

Level of difficulty: Beginner or self-taught who wants to get a better base
Equipment: Alpine top tour equipment, harness, crampons and ice axe.

ICE CLIMBING COURSE
The basic course is aimed at beginners, while the advanced course is aimed at those who want to learn how to lead on ice screws.

Time required: 2 days
Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
Equipment: Crampons, ice axes, crampon-proof shoes or boots, harness, helmet. All equipment is included except shoes.
Price: SEK 3,000/participant
GUIDED ICE CLIMBING
Climbing with a guide is a good way to experience ice climbing for real! We climb long frozen waterfalls over several pitches. You will learn to use ice axes and crampons and try rapelling.

Equipment: Crampons, ice axes, crampon-proof shoes or boots, harness, helmet. All equipment except shoes is included.
