CLIMB WITH A GUIDE
Climbing with a guide is a safe and fun way to learn and have great experiences in the alpine environment. If you have a dream to climb a specific mountain or you want to spend more time and gain more experience in alpine climbing, this is for you!
Difficulty: Beginner to Advanced
Equipment: Alpine climbing boots. All safety equipment can be borrowed.
Price: SEK 5,000/day (divided by number of participants, normaly max 2).
ADVANCED ROCK CLIMBING COURSE
The course is aimed at those who want to learn trad climbing. The course runs over two days and follows the standards of the Swedish Climbing Association.

CLIMBING RESCUE COURSES
The rescue courses are divided into two stages and are based on the Swedish Climbing Association’s standardized rescue courses. Rescue course 1 focuses on you as a rescuer being able to free yourself from the rope to enable rescue techniques. You also learn how to reach the second climber and how to rapell with an injured climber. Rescue course 2 is based on lead climber rescue and more advanced scenarios.

BASIC ROCK CLIMBING COURSE
The course is based on the Swedish Climbing Association’s standardized basic course and gives you the knowledge required to start climbing on your own.
